Teaching and Researching Women’s Issues to Promote Women’s Equality and Empowerment

This British Council funded capacity building project links UK and Indian universities to share knowledge and skills in teaching and researching women's studies, including work on violence against women. The project includes curriculum development and cross-cultural exchange. It aims to develop strategic collaborative and comparative research on violence and abuse against women, as well as enhancing postgraduate teaching on women's studies in India.
